Laurie Matechuk, Associate VA, has experience working in an office environment for approximately 17 years and therefore brings a variety of skills with her. She has an Office Administration certificate with an Administrative Assistant major, and successfully completed her certification as a Virtual Assistant through the Red Deer College. Caroline Vincent, Associate VA, has been in the administrative field for over twenty-five years. Caroline's background in the corporate world has been extensive and diverse. As a VA, her specialties include word processing, document formatting, spreadsheets, PowerPoint presentations, data base management, bookkeeping, email and fax services, data entry, newsletters, travel arrangements, event management and more. Her background in Customer Service has allowed her to customize and tailor fit the unique needs of her clients. Caroline's attention to detail and personal touch will add value to any project.
Denise Jeffrey, Associate VA, brings 18+ years of traditional office experience with her. She has successfully completed the Virtual Assistant Program at the Red Deer College, which enabled her to combine her work experience with her areas of interest to create her home-based VA business. In addition to providing the more traditional administrative services of word processing, spreadsheets, PowerPoint presentations and database management, Denise enjoys image editing & creating photo collages. The Internet Marketing VA Certification course through VA Classroom has also helped her acquire skills in web analytics, blogging, social media, affiliate marketing, search marketing and email marketing. Lesa Sanderson, Associate VA, has over 12 years experience in business support services and is a recent graduate from the Virtual Assistant program at Red Deer College in Alberta. She has a diploma in Business Management from the Northern Alberta Institute of Technology and a certificate in payroll from the Canadian Payroll Association. In the past, Lesa has provided administrative support to various industries and individuals. They include: Tradespeople, Lawyers, Accountants, Reporters, Sales People, Government, and Real Estate Appraisers. She is extremely organized, pays great attention to detail, able to learn quickly and can handle a high volume of responsibility.
